
Adhir Ghosh
Adhir is a former Corporate HR/OD professional with more than three decades of multibusiness experience in India and abroad.
He is an Organizational Learning & Leadership Coach, trained & certified by Dr. Peter Senge’s Innovation Associates and Society for Organization Learning, USA. He is also an Executive and Life Coach, mentored personally by Sir John Whitmore, U.K. (the originator of GROW Model) and Tim Gallwey.
As a Facilitator of human behavioural processes – mentored by Dr. Pulin Garg and other reputed faculty of Indian Society for Individual and Social Development (ISISD), he facilitates sensitivity and personal growth “labs”.
Adhir has been trained by Hays (USA) in conducting Assessment / Development Centres and providing feedback.
Earlier Adhir was Director HR of M/s Galana Refineries & Terminal S. A., Madagascar. Prior to this assignment, he was Internal Coach in Bharat Petroleum to facilitate organizational transformation of the company and was also associated with Arthur D. Little, Inc., USA. as a member of the task force for HR / Training process improvement initiatives.
He has trained Global Managers of UNDP (from all the member nations of UN). Some of his other major clients of training/consulting assignments have been Siemens, Pepsico, Wipro, SAIL, Tata, Oil India, Bharat Petroleum, Emami, Haldia Petrochem, Hindalco as well as Equate and PIC (Kuwait), National Drilling Co (Abu Dhabi), KPMG (Bahrain & Qatar), ORPIC(Oman), HSBC (Sri Lanka).
