d) Group Exercise in small groups – defining life after retirement

Analysis, discussion and debate – building an inner understanding of the issues.

 

e) Absorbing the importance of Body, Mind and Spirit connect

Identifying some exercises of Body, Mind and Spirit

Understanding longevity and good health through Indian & international experts’ researched findings
